New FCS Professional Orientation at K-ACTE Summer Conference– Sunday 3:00-6:30 p.m.—Registration by July 20th.
This is the time scheduled for the new FCS professional orientation which will include the first steps to success as part of CTE and Family and Consumer Sciences in Kansas. Topics of discussion will include KSDE website orientation, CTE reporting dates, deadlines and how to complete them, management suggestions and resources for the classroom. The location will be identified closer to the event and shared with registrants. TO REGISTER: Send me an e-mail (grandel@ksde.org) if you plan to attend. Registration is needed to ensure a packet of reference materials are secured in your name. PLEASE SHARE WITH OTHER SCHOOLS who have a newly hired FCS educator.
